Is Action Green Clean licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes. Action Green Clean is fully licensed, insured, and bonded.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We provide all the necessary equipment and supplies that are needed for all our cleaning jobs. If you prefer, however, we can use yours.
Can you stock our facility with the necessities that are needed, such as: paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, etc.?
Yes. This is a service that we offer to our commercial customers. We can purchase and stock and restock your facility with these consumable products.
What are the people like that you hire?
Careful attention is given when hiring employees. They must be drug free and have a clean police record. They must provide our company with good references and have an eagerness to work and have excellent work ethics.
Are your employees identified with your company?
Yes. They are identifiable with identification tags that they must wear.
What time and days can cleaning be done?
Cleaning is usually done after business hours. If your business operates with a 2nd and/or 3rd shift, then we can make arrangements with you for a time that works best for you. The days of the week that we clean are entirely up to you. Residential customers are cleaned during the day.
What can we expect a service contract to be like?
For our commercial customers we provide a service contract for one year service. We continue our service month-to-month. Then we renew our contracts each year based on the starting date of the contract. Both parties have the right to terminate the contract at any time with a thirty day written notice.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We certainly do.
